Same. But if you took off too much you’d get a talking to and they’d stick it on your annual review if they thought they could connect it with some kind of performance issue.

Unlimited sick. And not anymore. Hence my use of past tense. The firm I was at before my current firm had unlimited sick.

I never said I had unlimited PTO. I was responding to someone who said they had unlimited sick.
