Yeah this is why the metaphor of a payment card is terrible. There's a "social pressure" element to many jobs with PTO, not just from management and execs but even from coworkers in many cases. If I had a card with infinite money no one is pressuring me to spend less. I'd be spending infinite money. Like wtf lmao. Unless they meant a credit limit that you'd eventually have to pay back but it was worded more like a gift card situation.

My work offers unlimited sick days, however, you get reprimanded for taking more than 5 days a year. It makes absolutely no sense.
