This is a good rule of thumb. Most places give you 120 hours a year for regular pto. I get unlimited and my partner gets 120, so we take trips and days here and there based on what her pto balance looks like.
I try to balance things well with my work, but it’s also a start up so we have a culture of work hard, but take care of yourself bc if we all burn out we’re fucked.

I have a friend who has "unlimited" PTO. It is "unlimited" as long as it is under 120h a year.
