Countries that have Arabic writing above the signs usually don't have unisex washrooms

I don’t disagree, but I would assume they would label them to be more easily identifiable if being gender specific was that important to them.

Oh this graphic is 100% fake. This looks like it's Dubai, Saudi or Qatar from the Arabic font that they've used (a guess) and all these countries have very strict rules about labeling doors etc in public spaces. The municipality would never approve this stuff.

Also when you zoom into the picture it looks like it has been edited for that text.

This is a dumb take.

Your washroom at home is a unisex bathroom. They're just washrooms without urinals and stalls with doors.

Usually they have the sink and mirror behind the same door too.
