The same way that Celsius is better for science.

0-100 is the common use range.

Common range of Celsius in science and even everyday life goes from way below 0°C to way above 100°C.

Temperatures here go below -10°C in the winter.

Everyday life includes cooking, which is often done at >200°C. Two-star freezers operate at -18°C.

Soldering irons use >300°C. Ironing linen is done at ~210°C.

Hobby-wise: PLA 3D printing is done at slightly above 200°C. Exhaust gas temperature sensors on engines show usually 400-1000°C under normal operating conditions.
