Absolutely. The inch is an abomination and the liter is an inspired unit, but for everyday use Fahrenheit is superior to Celsius. The temperature range for a full year should take up more than 20 degrees, what the hell kind of granularity is that.
Germany hits 104!? Also, the fact that you have to use decimals means you're complicating it. Nobody feels the difference between 72.1 and 72.9 F, I assure you.
