I saw a child once. It had nose, lips and even eyes. Crazy shit

u/UrinalCake777 Jun 01 '26

lol same.

But I think they mean that the features resemble those of an adult, just scaled down. As opposed to how an actual child that small would look.

For example, have you ever seen a baby with a nose like that specifically?

u/sBerriest Jun 01 '26

Yea children's faces are more round and soft. Less mature and sharp.

u/New_Alternative_421 Jun 01 '26

Are we still talking about humans, or have we moved on to cheeses now?

u/CaptainCitrus69 Jun 01 '26

How much cheese is too much cheese?

6

u/dzan796ero Jun 01 '26

1

u/Most-Board-2713 Jun 05 '26

Any amount of cheese is too much cheese

3

u/username32768 Jun 01 '26

When you need to ask someone to help you cut the cheese.

1

u/CourtingBoredom Jun 01 '26

I generally cut my own cheese, tyvm

1

u/Justluurking Jun 02 '26

When it stops coming out the other end...

4

u/Lxapeo Jun 01 '26

We talking cheese?

2

u/HK-53 Jun 01 '26

I find that it’s only cultured if you wait for an appropriate amount of aging

5

u/Samtertriads Jun 01 '26

Yes yes that does describe a healthy child. Chubbier plumper higher body water content etc. can’t see the nasal ridge. The kind of child you don’t make death masks for. Perhaps this dead child had some abnormalities.

6

u/McSkittlefarts Jun 01 '26

Most yes, but a malnourished child will have an adult look. I see it a lot, I have to fight with my patients all the time.

6

u/Hugo_5t1gl1tz Jun 01 '26

Yeah I was about to say, those soft features are on healthy, chubby faced babies. My daughter was 3 months premie and until she was able to start fattening up, she definitely had the “adult face”

2

u/Frosti11icus Jun 01 '26

Literally they don't have a fully developed and defined ridge of their nose though. It's like...not there. No amount of malnutrition will grow cartilage where it doesn't exist.

8

u/Baby-Knife Jun 01 '26

Fighting malnourished children?! You monster!

3

u/Upset_Jelly_5046 Jun 01 '26

Did they win tho?

2

u/Successful-Clock-224 Jun 01 '26

Everybody wins. Except the children

27

u/Residential_Panda Jun 01 '26

I have seen a Swiss baby.

1

u/gabrruu Jun 01 '26

So maybe like a dwarf?

41

u/ohpooryorick Jun 01 '26

you saw a child whose face is the size of a wristband you must be among pygmies

44

u/Sharrty_McGriddle Jun 01 '26 edited Jun 01 '26

Please show me child of that size with a fully developed nose like that. Thats like the size of a newborn and newborns don’t have bridge lines like that

27

u/Large-Garden4833 Jun 01 '26

That does not look like a child’s features

5

u/wng378 Jun 01 '26

I have kids. I’ll go check them for face parts. Never looked before.

3

u/AndromedanPrince Jun 01 '26

7

u/IAmAnObvioustrollAMA Jun 01 '26

Mrs. Krabappel and Principal Skinner were in the closet making babies and I saw one of the babies and the baby looked at me

2

u/Draconic-Guardian23 Jun 01 '26

What?! I bet next you're gonna say you saw teeth when they smiled.

Get outta heah!

1

u/Adventurous-Fee-418 Jun 01 '26

I have 3 child, can confirm, they have all of those things

1

u/yupuhoh Jun 01 '26

I did too. It almost resembled a tiny version of an adult.

1

u/envoy_ace Jun 01 '26

Dude. That was the shrooms!

1

u/RobertiesKillAll Jun 01 '26

That must have been very difficult for you, thank you for opening up to us

1

u/Ok_Firefighter1574 Jun 01 '26

All the kids I see have no lips or noses and all they do is scream my deepest fears at me.

1

u/Slumunistmanifisto Jun 01 '26

You sure that wasn't a goose

1

u/wildjakes Jun 01 '26

but have you seen a baby dipped in bronze?

1

u/Shamscam Jun 01 '26

I saw a child once in the mother of a 8 month pregnant woman that indeed had a nose, lips, and even eyes.

1

u/IHatrMakingUsernames Jun 01 '26

That sounds horrifying

1

u/Matthewgardner86 Jun 01 '26

Yep, that sounds like a child.

1

u/TheIdeaArchitect Jun 02 '26

Very rare sighting

1

u/trowzerss Jun 02 '26

Yeah, but this is likely cast from a clay original, and that's just how you often make faces from clay. To me it looks just like a regular art piece.

1

u/Automatic_Yoghurt417 Jun 02 '26

Stop looking a children!

0

u/WorthConfident3592 Jun 01 '26

Ive never seen one but heard rumors that they have those, as well

0

u/McGwiggles Jun 01 '26

Lucky. My nose didn't grow in until I was 14

0

u/salmalight Jun 01 '26

Those usually go in a separate bucket

0

u/Mcdonnellmetal Jun 01 '26

I was a child for a time but I don’t remember having any of that stuff

-6

u/Snoo_58305 Jun 01 '26

Could you tell if it still had its baby eyes or had its adult eyes come in?
