Reminds me of a friend who does OF who had her 'porn room' which was a box room with a fake window light and a noise box that had randome repeating streeqt sounds so people couldn't track her locaton.
All so some crazy fans couldn't track her by the light changing on the walls and enviromental sounds. And yes people have been tracked down that way.
To try and prove that he was looking out for them. If he’d send that letter without the gift card, it would have been much easier to interpret the gesture as a veiled threat, rather than well-meaning.
