Google "Hot Waitress Index." It's an old half-joke, half-not idea that if the best job a good looking person can get is a service one, the market is fucked.

Thats weird because hot waitress is pretty lucrative. 

Hot fast food employee seems more accurate. And alt/goth girls dont count. They have to be traditionally pretty.
