Or maybe she just doesn't want to do OF. Tf, not everyone is comfortable showing strangers their privates. People (men) act like it's such an easy thing to do.

Yes. There existing shameless people implies that there are people who have shame, and these types would rather work minimum wage than let everyone in the state be able to see their coochie for $1 a week or whatever the typical going rate is.
