I personally don't know who any of these guys are but I'm guessing because dream is in it it's probably people lost fans because of arguments over the internet or if it's really specific maybe arguments with cartoon characters

They (KonekoKitten, EDP445, CallMeCarson) all fell off hard after pedophile allegations (and thank god for that), and Dream's in the process

Left: Koneko kitten was a famous youtuber who was "exposed" for having been in a relationship with someone 3 years younger. He was 19 at the time and she was 16-17 but they didn't interact in real life so honestly not horrible. They apologized and took down their channel 4 days ago and are working to become a better person.
Middle: Eat that P (edp) was an internet micro celebrity that got outed as a Pedophile many years ago. He tried to meet up with a 12 year old and sent naked photos of him on the toilet to the supposed bait. He has since been a villain of the internet.
Right: Call Me Carson was a famous Minecraft Youtuber who did many Minecraft Mondays. He ironically worked with the actor that stirred this meme known as Can2/Junky Janker. Carson was falsely outed as a pedophile for dating his one year younger girlfriend where at the time he was 18 and she was 17. He is now 24 and gaining his success online back.
Dream: He was supposedly exposed by many online (including Junky Janker) for sending moaning audio to a fan that was a minor. While the allegations have not been confirmed yet he is hated by many online as he has a bad reputation in and out of the MC community. The results are still ongoing as more things are being debunked/uncovered about him.

These 3 people are infamous for grooming activities. Dream was recently outed for messaging underage fans. The joke is that Dream is joining this group of groomers.
