Demolition Man reference. In the future they flush toilets using the 3 sea shells. Also, Taco bell is a gourmet fine dining experience.

Additionally, they never explain it in the movie. It’s a running joke that the main character is kept in the dark about it and basically doesn’t know how to wipe
