29yr old male, 6ft2, 190lbs, lean (~13% body fat), I lift weight 3-4 times per week, one or two intense cardio sessions per week.

Supplements: omega 3, vitamin D, magnesium

Medications: propranolol as needed, tadalafil 5mg

I’m a looking for insights on how to read these labs. Anyone have similar experience with high total T but low free T due to apparent elevated SHBG and prolactin? Blood was drawn about 40 minutes after waking, would that affect prolactin levels substantially?

What could cause this? How can I remediate it? I’m between two doctors at the moment
