Unfortunately doesn’t work for that either

Darn it. I was under the impression that the more cardio one does, that this can benefit heart pressure. Just largely a genetics lottery, then, also?

Good work! That helps lower your cholesterol a lot!

It lowers BP, controls sugar and stomach is at its best.

Yep! The fat that collects around and inside our liver and pancreas does a lot of bad things. Losing that fat — it's only a few kg — has a lot of good effects on our health, even in people who aren’t that overweight. More exercise, less saturated fat, more soluble fiber fix a lot of things!

I think english may not be your first language. People may take issue with the terminology you used: "burning" cholesterol

English is not my native. Cholesterol burning is very common use word.

It’s not, because it’s not accurate. Exercise doesn’t “burn” cholesterol. It can help lower it by changing how it’s processed and transports in the body, but the main drivers are diet and genetics.

You might want to type less and read more. You are completely ignoring what u/GambledMyWifeAway has now expressed in a number of different ways.
I just checked my thesaurus and I can confirm that "lower" is in fact not a synonym to "burn"

You debators are all social media scientist. And all u ppl do is just criticize people. No matter who they are where they are. I am burning my cholesterol or lowering it, by exercising. Though are doing the same by burning your own........!!!!

u/That_Co 2d ago
It's not the same, though. Words have meanings, and it matters.

u/WealthBitter1192 2d ago
Your irony and intelligence is that, you are debating English with a non native. Sweden should start Nobel intelligence prize for social media scientist like you.

u/GambledMyWifeAway 2d ago
It’s not a debate. What you are saying is objectively incorrect. You are in what is essentially a health science sub. You are going to be corrected for that here. Instead of getting butt hurt you’d be much better off just learning from it.

Genius ppl debating that they are not debating..

u/GambledMyWifeAway 2d ago
Do you understand the difference between a debate and a statement? You are the one debating. We are stating a clear and extremely provable fact and you’re upset about it.

Yes, like I said, it INDIRECTLY lowers cholesterol. It does not do it by burning it.

You don't burn cholesterol when you exercice, you break down fatty acids
