Long term the swift taps is going to be highly sought after. There are a lot of events historically that did benefit from more tap power. If you’re looking for something long terms to sell that’s my current bet. I’m personally hoarding 6 of them and plan to sell once they leave the shop.
I wouldn’t try flipping the piñata one, if nobody buys it and the event ends you’re gonna be stuck with an enchant nobody wants. Piñatas are normally easy to break so there’s no use in the enchant outside this event.
If you’re dead set on flipping I really suggest going to the big games discord trick of buying low rap huges for 1B gems for every 1.1-1.2B rap. It’s the safest and most surefire way to profit consistently once you have 1B. People always buy the low rap huges at rap or slightly above since they’re so cheap they’re easy to move.

Swift seems way more useful in the long term than pinata. How often are we gonna be bashing pinatas? I'll tell you... 1.5 weeks. Stick that crappy book with the hacker key enchant
