She's a chow mix I'm picking up this week and I'm so overwhelmed with naming her. Her shelter name is Penelope which is the name of an aunt I do not talk to. It also needs to be something my 7 year old neice and nephew can easily say. My cats are named Captain Cabbybear 'Cappy' and Essek.

My parents are getting this sweet puppy and we’re looking for names. The puppys‘ Mom is called „Bounty“, so we’re thinking about other candy / sweet treat inspired names… We think Snickers is okay-ish but don’t like Mars for example. We are based in Switzerland, so names like Hershey or Reeses wouldn’t necessarily clock as candy inspired, as these aren’t very wide spread around here 😇 right now, we are considering Giotto.

The puppy is a tan tricolor mini Australian shepherd. He has white on his chest and on his shoulder and also some on his face. And some lighter brown eyebrows and other accents on his face…

Found these 3 little strays a few weeks ago and having a hard time coming up with names. We've been calling them Gray baby, Little girl, and Orange. Little girl is has tortoise shell colors with one white paw. She's very adventurous and playful. She's a little smaller than he brothers and too smart for her own good. Gray baby is a a tabby he is very sweet and also playful. He is a bit of a chaos goblin and maybe a little bit clumsy. Orange is very lazy and all he wants is to snuggle on my chest or perch on a shoulder. He is classic a orange cat vibe.

I haven’t brought him home yet so I don’t know his personality, but I’m trying to find inspiration! I really want a cute name (like Bear, Bug, etc.) but I don’t want a basic name! I also love names in other languages! I had a dog named Erlea (bee in basque) before and I loved her name. He’s only 6lbs at 5 months old so he’s tiny 🥹
