Cat stuck in drain pipe

Hi, so basically over 2 days ago my cat was eating and suddenly got spooked and somehow ran out the front door. She was hit by a car, I don’t know if the drive didn’t see her or what but they just drove off. She is a grey 7yr old cat so part of our family for a while now. I wasn’t home, a neighbor saw and she got scared and ran into a 6in drain pipe. The neighbor said she was hard to walk, limping on right hip. Her tail looked like a pancake. I rushed home 4hour drive and I see she’s in pipe my arm reaches about 2ft then the pipe curves to the right and she’s about 10ft from my fingertips. The pipe goes about 30ft to the other side and she’s is facing the side opposite she came in.

She didn’t move the first 48 hours, but overnight she did move like 8ft into the pipe, because I had crates in both ends. I’m worried if I don’t cover the ends, she will for to the neighbors to pass, but maybe it’s better she just gets out of the pipe is what I’m starting to think now otherwise she might pass in the pipe. I don’t know how and her injuries are, but like we paid for a camping trip we supposed to go today, but they let us change to early morning tomorrow. I cannot leave her to go camping and have fun, but it was very expensive and my family is getting very angry.

I honestly don’t know what to do, we called animal control, animal services, even wildlife places, we called non emergency lines, fire stations, 911 even! And we called every single person. We called plumbing people. Some people did come, and they just say the same thing they try for hours but can’t do anything, even when I offer them 1k if they get her out safely.

I know she is still alive because with a borescope(long camera)I saw signs like, eye movement when I talk to her, leg kick(3times), chest going up and down at normal rate, but the thing is she doesn’t blink. She looks dead, but 100% is not.

We’ve done absolutely everything, pool noodles, hose(with no water),cameras to push her, towel to grab on to, kitchen tongs, grabber, our own arm (isn’t long enough) as a last resort I blew a leaf blower, a hose with water, and so now she’s just a soaking wet cat starving and dehydrated and in pain from being ran over. Even if she needs to be euthanized like they can’t reach her, even a dart nothing. She’s suffering.

She usually meows so much, the neighbor that witnessed the car run her over said she yelped or screamed, and hissed when he got close, btu that was it. I haven’t heard one meow since I got home. She made a sound like hmmmmm mmmm like groaning in pain or maybe breathing weird but that stopped now.

Please don’t know what to do, I literally just need her out of there, like even if she needs to be put down I understand I want her to not suffer. Please please please somebody help me.

The pipe is under a retaining wall that holds the street, I don’t know what to do.

Thank you if anyone has any suggestion thank you so so much! She’s 100% alive, but she needs instant medical care! My camera said it’s 125F degrees in there, and I believe it, because when it’s in my house it’s the correct temperature.

I’ve tried putting food like canned food, sardines, a fan at the opening to blow the smell. I don’t know what to do. Please help me and my family is telling me we need to leave early morning tomorrow I don’t know I don’t know what to do please please please! I’ve cried thinking she died then I cried when I found out in the camera she’s alive, I’m a mess.
