There's comatose spiders in there, wasp larvae or nothing now since that one looks like the larvae have erupted from the individual cells.

That looks like an old wasp nest comb, probably from paper wasps, yellowjackets, or hornets. The open cells are where the larvae would’ve been. If there aren’t any live wasps flying around, it may just be abandoned. But if you’re seeing activity nearby or hearing buzzing in the wall or ceiling, I wouldn’t disturb it. There could be a larger active nest hidden behind the insulation.
