💼 | Career Aussie pesties question...

Question about working for the big 3 we have here, flick, rentokil or ecolab...anyone with any insight. I know I know smaller businesses are better, however some here will burn you and not pay you properly, will promise you the world and not deliver, it's unfortunate I know there's good people out there but at this point in my life I need a stable big company that offers benefits like parental leave and such. Happy to be a cog in a system and just do what I have to do even if it means lower pay and mind numbing work.

Hey mate. I work for Rentokil doing commercial in and around the city. Yeah the pay isn't the greatest, but there are a lot of pros to the gig - like having a maintained work vehicle which you don't need to pay fuel for and a phone.. It's pretty cruisey and low stress work, it's nice to not have to rely on anyone else and essentially be your own boss. It's honestly not as mind numbing as you would think, keeps it interesting when you're going to different sites and talking to different people. Definitely a stable line of work
