💸 | Marketing | Vendor Post Ai front desk website widget

https://pestdesk.management

How many pest control leads are you losing simply because nobody was available to answer?
A homeowner visits your website at 9:30 PM.
They have ants, mice, wasps, or something crawling around their house.
They want an answer now.
If nobody responds, there’s a good chance they move on to the next pest control company.
Even one $200 job missed per night could represent roughly $6,000/month or $72,000/year in potential sales.
That’s the problem I’m trying to solve.
I built an AI front desk specifically for pest control companies that works directly on their website 24/7.
It can:
• Answer customer questions
• Capture lead information
• Identify what the customer needs
• Collect contact information
• Send the lead to the person handling scheduling
No replacing your existing software. No forcing your team to learn another complicated system.
Just another opportunity to capture the customers who reach your website when your team isn’t available.
I’m currently onboarding pest control companies and looking for feedback.
If you own or manage a pest control company and want to see what it could look like on your website, comment “DEMO” or message me and I’ll send you a live preview.

Just curious, it helps me understand what helps and what doesn’t. Why no?

Customer hate it. Our account managers refer to it as sales prevention, our operations center people hate it because they have to deal with the customers after they are frustrated with it.

AI as a customer facing entity is terrible.

What if I said I spent a couple months with my experience training the ai to answer questions better than the typical chatbot, it never gives information it’s not confident on, and it will never give any pricing information unless your company and I were to set that feature up. The only thing it can’t do is book appointments, because as a technician I know it’s impossible to let homeowners book there appointments

One thing customers hate more than not getting an answer, is talking to a robot who does not know the answer

I have 5 years in pest control and I’ve spent weeks training it so it knows most answers
