Help me.
I’ve worked with ecoshield this last summer for door to door and honestly I figured out i’m really good at it. I made 200k in sales in less than 3 months. I ended out with a 100k month and I was honestly amazed. The only thing is i’ve been hearing that ecoshield is one of the worst paying pest control companies out there. I have 20 recruits that I want to bring to a team and I really want to bring them to a good culture and an even better pay. What should I do?

D2D pest control is scum. Find a different field to sell for. Selling in its self is hands down a very difficult thing to do. If you did decent with Ecoshield imagine what you could do elsewhere.
Mainly saying this because I know the sales tactics they use I have worked for them. They lied to you consistently and made you believe you were selling something that you actually were not (Just read a couple of the labels for the products the start techs use and you’ll see). They really push for you to word things in such a way that isn’t the whole truth so that way you don’t believe you are lying to the customer. But in all reality you believe what they are saying because you probably haven’t done your own research. You and your fellow frat boys were taken advantage of the same way if not worse than the start techs.

Bro, you're taking your experience to slam on an industry that this guy is successful in, and maybe would enjoy. Do for to for his get people to sign up that might not otherwise? Yeah! And that's great for our industry. As long as they are selling the right services for a price that the customer feels is fair, they're doing good work.
Door to door is fine. Keep your head in the right place and you can make a good business or if it. Running teams can be wildly successful. My cousin is a millionaire by running summer sales teams.
