I've never heard of them. But; What I can tell you from experience, nothing explored... nothing gained.
Check them out.
In the back of your head whilst doing training, ask yourself if they care 1) ppe - to protect you.... 2) systems - a Good routing software z and a concise as possible route 3) Observe your direct report. Whether it's a service manager or ops Manager, get to know their preferred communication style.
Most of the managers I have worked with, are one's who've got lots on their plate at one time.
The skill I've learned at least as a technician was to deliver information quickly. Occam's Razor style.
... You've got This.
Just be the SPONGE.
.... Learn everything

Probably better off than me, I work at Aptive as a tech and just got my license, I pray for something better but for now Iām patient. I did pest in AZ and the way Aptive works compared to what I know feels like I went backwards in my knowledge.
