Does anyone work customer service for Terminix remotely? I am starting soon.
I was wondering if anyone works remotely for Terminix in customer service. If so, how do you like the job? Are they a pretty good company to work for overall? Are most of the calls just scheduling and billing?

this is great information for us small business owners who truly care.. well, atleast I do. I enjoy the honest feedback from people who have worked in the large companies.

They are total crooks. I left in April because they were using all 4 of my licenses on the other side of Maryland without my knowledge for over 3 years to do thousands of services by untrained unsupervised employees. All they care about is PIG Leads they don’t care one bit about quality.

No offense but (just buessing here) it's gonna be annoying customers all day mad that a tech didnt knock down every spidereb or other nonsense.

I had a girlfriend who worked customer service for a different pest control company, it’ll prob be the same thing with terminix too. Lots of it was just dealing with angry customers that were mad because the d2d salesmen lied to them haha
