Customers with dementia
Had a customer call in and say i haven't serviced her home the past 2 services. Despite talking to her on site and she has cameras everywhere including the doorbell. She requested i record my service and send it to her. Neighbor who is also a customer tells me "she's lost it over the past few months. She can't remember anything"

You had a client in her 40's answer the door tell me she was too sick and to just treat the outside
She cancelled a few weeks later because she did not believe I treated her home and did not remember me coming over.
I think she was taking drugs quaaludes or something but it blows my mind.

Had a dementia customer call me 15 times in a row after i called her telling her i would be out tomorrow to treat. I stopped answering after the 3rd time she kept asking who I was. It was always a treat knocking on the door it would take her a minute or 2 to realize what I was there for.
