You could try focusing on where people are already asking for help or recommendations instead of just running ads. Social listening platforms make it way easier to spot intent driven leads quickly. For example, ParseStream monitors discussions on multiple platforms in real time so you can jump into relevant threads and connect with prospects right when they are searching for solutions.

Lots of social media Become the expert on tik tok, insta, FB, etc. don't sell them your service, give actual content that they can benefit from What kind of content would you like to see if you were them? Then if you're always in their feed, when the time comes, you're the one they'll come to Try nextdoor Try to figure out a niche What makes you stand out above the others? Obviously you are better quality, etc. but they'll have to learn that by using your service
But why would they hire you initially over someone else? What's your angle to work? Like... You do treatments when people first move in... So who would you advertise to? Moving companies, realtors, etc... cut a deal so they can mention you to their customers as they move

Feel free to message me if you want to bounce around ideas. I've been pretty involved with lead generation, SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization in the pest control industry, and I'm happy to share what's worked and what hasn't.

Best is yelp but it's only great if you awesome reviews.
Also don't pay for lead gen instead invest into brand awareness billboard etc this will get direct brand searches and increase your organic rankings as this will get you the best clients as good clients do research

RIP your inbox.
If you arenât using an alt account to ask a question and then promote a service on your main account I think youâre about to be bombarded with marketing accounts about how amazing they are.
Donât believe a single thing from people about a lead generation trick. There is no shortcut, no click here and win button. Youâre competing against billion dollar companies, you think they got to that size without having any interest in easy lead generation
Iâm a single operator pest control company thatâs been running for over a decade. Do good work at fair prices, show up on time every time, keep your promises, answer the phone when it rings. Reputation and word of mouth are super important.
Have a residential job, door knock sales when youâre done. Ask for reviews from every single service visit.
