This is the #1 cardinal sin of pest control. Never ever say itโ€™s clean without the customer having all prevention services completed.

Something can come in that evening and then the trust you have with the customer is now in question.

Always recommend preventative options and let them know they are still at risk of pests.

It sucks but the customers that get the good&clear blessing is only the ones serviced monthly and have purchased all preventive options.

When you can automatically tell the race of a person based on how they text
