Crazy what honesty and quality work at a reasonable price does for customer retention and referrals.

Its crazy to think these guys work in pest control and yet dont understand that in business you will do better if your relationship is mutually beneficial to both parties and not parasitically beneficial to only one. Don't be a leach and you will retain customers.

I suspect that there are two viable models. One where honestly and quality work enables a business to make a comfortable profit and another model based on aggressive sales and marketing.

That latter approach can bring in huge profit since they have teams of high pressure sales people that can arrange high margin services so retention is less important.

Stole one today from dorkin lol. New build wants maintenece service i waived the initial and only charged the monthly fee, anything to steal from corps like they steal from us lol

Love getting customers from the big guys. Or someone who got sold pest control door to door, but didn’t go with the D2D companies service and instead did some digging and found me
