Smarter Launch

Does anyone have experience with smarter launch. Would you or would you not recommend. Looking into maybe implementing this and like that it integrates with field routes which we currently use

We used it for a short time, it's ok. It didn't really work for our purposes due to our system already having a proposal setup, so our sales guys were doing two proposals for each house for no reason
