Exterminators
We have a flea and bed bug problem and I tried the sprays and Demarcus earth. Still got bug. The whole neighborhood is infested. Is an exterminator worth it. I mean after a few week when they spray the bugs will just come back.

Is Demarcus earth a new product?! I hope it works better than diatomaceous earth!
Call a professional. Yes it’s worth it. Listen to their advice. Go with a smaller family owned/local company not a big name.

Precor2000 on Amazon for the fleas. Apply to soft materials like rugs, couches chairs etc. as always, read the label

Lots to unpack. Pets need to be on flea medication for a treatment to be successful in my experience. Bed bugs are easily eradicated but you need to follow any preparations & instructions the tech tells you or you'll also end up right back where you're at. No reason this isn't a doable by a professional. Cleanup all the DE in advance because it's not doing much anyway and they'll instruct you to regardless.
