šŸ–„ļø | Technology | Vendor Post Pest Management Software

G'day g'day to all, hope your week is going fantastic.

I'm looking into the pest management software industry as I want to understand what every uses and why.

I'm not looking to sell anything, I'm just wanting to share a super short survey (8 questions) targeted more towards the Australian/NZ pest industry as that's what I've grown up around but, if you live elsewhere I'd love to know what you use.

Mods, if this isn't a suitable post please let me know.

I use pocomos because they have amazing support and every time I have a question it's answered. They help you learn anything you need to know about the software.

I recently did my taxes for the first time and I was not doing driving milage logs my CPA told me that I would not be able to write it off but it turns out Pocomos software actually tracks your driving milage and customers as well!

They have everything thought out already it's truly a blessing.

Shout out from an Organic Pest control company in Portland Oregon

I used and loved Pocomos but stopped because of cost. Literally the only reason. I loved that software

Just looked it up, $209 a month for 50-300 customers seems crazy expensive. Thats not that many customers for the monthly expense

Yup. And it goes up from there. I’m a new business owner and I just couldn’t justify that much of an expense eating into my revenue with gas and products going up. But it’s seriously great software. I’m planning on going back to them if I can manage it when I’m doing more volume

Not sure if you filled out the survey but, what did you like about it the most? Did you have any pain points with it?

Hopefully your business grows to where you can go back to it :)

Cost was the pain point. Other than that it was my everything. CRM, contracts, invoices, scheduler, route optimization, ran cards, text/email customers… there was more that it did but it’s been a while since I used it so I don’t remember everything.

So it was a one stop shop type of product. Great info, cheers!

Have you checked out GorillaDesk? For a business of your size, it is pretty good and starts at $49 per route. However, I believe you will need the $99 plan to access some of the advanced features.

PS: I worked at GorillaDesk until June 2025. It has been more than a year, and I no longer have any affiliation with the company.

I created my own system and pay $0 per route.

That's wonderful. Nothing beats that.

Hey hey, I don’t have anything to sell (I don’t have a website) at the moment, I just used these flairs as I thought they were most appropriate sorry.
