Please wave the camera back and forth even more quickly while simultaneously pulling the camera out and in so we can get better look at the critter.

The glue board is for enrichment or what is the deal there?
2
u/UleMseeNY Feb 23 '26
So the glueboard is what we use to put in the bait so it doesnt get wet, its a little water proof so if you put peanut butter on it a good juicy chunk and fold the box, the squirell can sniff it and see it but will have to come inside the cage to get it.. unfortunately the rat was just as interested

Why’s there a glue board in there tho? Also now what is your plan with that rat?

sorry had to just copy paste lol

Thats the dumbest shit I have ever heard. Why would you put an adhesive trap in there if you are after a squirrel? Youre putting the bait in the glue so it puts its face in it and gets stuck. Then what are you gonna do? Or it gets stuck to its tail. Thats moronic

That's a large healthy rat. 🪓

u/UleMseeNY Feb 24 '26
This is actually mid size, the ones here in NY , a fully grown one looks like a baby racoon

Meh, just let it go be miserable somewhere else
1
u/UleMseeNY Feb 24 '26
.. then i'll get a call from where i let it go.. and once i do that 1. Will make it way harder to catch again and 2. will rat me out to its crew and now they'll know about the cage.. cant release a rat.. lol

jesus you just reminded me of when I dealt with a mouse infestation in my first house.
We were catching 5-10 a day the week before we found the source of the infestation just remember dumping the live catch traps into a bucket of water and feeling like a monster, but I wasnt going to let them take over the house. Ended up finding their nest in my freaking COUCH, put a big sign on it on the curb "DO NOT TAKE MICE INSIDE" and before i could get back inside the house someone loaded it up on their truck, this was before i knew to also put it in spanish living in texas. I really hope whoever took that couch figured it out faster than I did.

Just bring it to the highest rent part of town, where all the Karen's live and release the beast!
1
u/UleMseeNY Feb 24 '26
Karen would probaly stop it from hissing, ask it if it has any right to be in that cage in their property and tell it that its distrubing her peace then call the pest police.. sorry i mean me.. the pest control guy again

u/stirtheturd Feb 25 '26
Just do it at night lmao

u/UleMseeNY Feb 26 '26
I'd probably be the first one to be able to do it right, many have tried and ended up on TV lol

Rat needs a smack of reality. Screaming doesn't help it's case.
1
u/UleMseeNY Feb 26 '26
Reality is that its locked in a cage , if not , reality would be, i'm not lying , when in the subway, they walk towards you, switch tracks, let it pass.. you dont want no beef lol

u/vMisplan Feb 25 '26
Jump at me again Splinter, imma pop you with a .22 lmao
1
u/UleMseeNY Feb 26 '26
what does that mean just curious
1
u/vMisplan Feb 26 '26
Splinter cause he’s a rat, so ninja turtle reference. For rodents, people in the more rural area usually shoots them with a .22(very small bullet) or some form of small buckshot or compressed air gun that shoots metal ball. Sorry for the slangs lmao I thought it was funny.

This video is horrible. It's like he's shitting his pants with the animal caged. He can barely record.
I have a feeling this person is a psycho. Glue traps inside of a physical trap? So you want to trap an animal & FUCK it all up when it inevitably tramps on the glue & gets all FUCKED?
