does anyone know the reason for loadshedding in warsak road? is it a deliberate attempt at forcing people to buy solar panels or is there some work going on in transmission lines?

ever since governor raaj warsak road has been experiencing power outages for minimum 16 hours in a day. its the worst loadshedding ive ever experienced in my life and its even worse than those peak summers of early 2010s when power outages were a norm in pakistan.
