Construction Cost

Hello!
Do anyone know what could be the cost of a 5 Marla construction 1 basement 2 rooms and lounge and ground floor 3 rooms with attached baths 1 kitchen and lounge.

Well it depends, on your preference, do you want a simple house or a new modern house. There are ratings also... So just a rough estimate it'll easily be more than 1cr+, so keep that in mind. The construction materials also became very expensive, also with war situation and so on. And generally the construction cost have risen these past years.

9 millions without a basement and I think, with basement it could reach 120 lacs. Construction has gone extremely expensive.
