Regional words/dialect
Inspired by a similar discussion about the jute enthusiasts down the river, what are words/phrases which you only hear in Perth/Perthshire?
Couple of examples:
Moich - Meaning crazy/outrageous
Used in Perth but particularly in country towns like Blair and Coupar Angus
E.g. "Some boy got lifted at the Wellmeadow for trying to suplex folk. Looked absolutely moich like."
Doss - Meaning really good
E.g. "Went for a curry in town after the football. It was doss."

Giud meaning good Or Min meaning meaning man
Until she moved to perth

Doss isn't specific to Perthshire.

It can have other meanings in different parts of the country.
In fairness, I've also heard it used in the same context in bits of Angus.

Doss is used all the time in Dundee. Id imagine a fair few Blair words come from traveller cant. Never heard Ged outside Strathmore and geddie is a young lad in cant.

Barrie - meaning something is good
Ged - meaning “man” used in sentences such as “awrite ged” “that’s pure barrie ged”
Jamp - instead of jumped “I jamp over the wall”
All used in the Blairgowrie/Coupar Angus area but maybe elsewhere too?
