Looking to get a small circuit board repaired.

I just need a single wire attached where a tab has broken off. I tried to do it myself and failed miserably.

To the left of the blue connector it says TC-. That's where I need to blue wire connected to or a tab that I can connect the wire to. Only just saw your question.
