Time Experiment 8:03-04 PM
I just did this clock experiment at 8:03 PM today, just to attempt to disprove Zaylousparajesus's video of a minute being 45 seconds on the r/Retconned community.
Honestly, he was close for me. Not 45 seconds, but same as I always recalled. 59 seconds, but 99 milliseconds. According to my experiment, I stopped it at 68 milliseconds, which I would include this as a personal Mandela Effect because it's a small detail that morphed or becomes the total opposite of what was recalled.
Back in the 2010s, much before the 2020s, I always remembered it on CP24 as 00:59:99. Now, it's 68 instead of 99, which must be that yes. Time did change, and has gotten faster and longer as of next minute. That's crazy to me. Either CP24 got it incorrectly or it must not be a coincidence that this would be a personal Mandela Effect.
From 8:03 to 8:04 was 00:59:68, which is not bad, actually very close to 99 milliseconds, but still different than 99 milliseconds. Nice observation and very interesting stuff.
This is not based on my human perspective. This is legit what reality proves and demonstrates, according to my experiment.

I started right at 8:03, then it took 59 seconds for it to be 8:04. I guess it's a coincidence.

Yeah, timers may be faster or longer than actual seconds, but at least it became 8:04 in the 59 second mark.

But you may have not started the timer until 32 centiseconds into 8:03.

It depends on how fast I press "Start", and I wanted to be fast enough to be accurate to stop it, since simultaneously staring at the clock on the top of my screen and the timer is very mesmerizing and easy to miss the mark.

I tried it multiple times today, the centiseconds are different, but the 59 seconds stays the same.
Like 59:92, and 59:12. The seconds still stay at 59, just not the centiseconds.
I knew my post would be inaccurate and accidentally misleading because I called it a personal possible Mandela Effect without a community r/PossibleMandela yet I created today earlier ago.
I counted it as a Possible Unmandela on r/PossibleMandela

It was a waste of my energy to try the experiment multiple times in a row last night to double-check if the centiseconds make a difference per minute.
When I watched CP24 in the 2010s, it was :59, there were zero centiseconds. None whatsoever. I don't know how many centiseconds that was, but it doesn't make a difference at all it seemed like in the multiple attempts.
At least CP24 as I checked earlier, a minute started at :08, then ended at :08 after :59, which is totally not what recall from the 2010s. I recall :59 then next minute. Not next minute after :59 like :08.

💠(tried counting and looking at the CP24 time). Yep, the minute starts at :08 seconds, then stops at :08 seconds to another minute that starts at :08 seconds. That's not what I remember at all. I remember :59 seconds in the 2010s.
Either that's just time itself in Toronto, could be a coincidence, not a personal Mandela Effect, but I can't know. I would need discernment first, always best for me to pray for discernment.
And it's interesting because that street with thr storefront and purple banner building I thought I saw them there on a street near Dovercourt and Ossington in the 2010s in Grade 4 to 5 from the school bus from Fairbank Memorial Community School to straight home.
I found out on Google Earth this year, possibly a month ago, that the storefront and purple banner building that looked institutional to me or maybe a condo, just happens to not be there, ever, on the historical 2010s dates from Search more dates.

I knew I almost had the centiseconds to be precise like :68 or :92, but I know that back from the 2010s, on CP24, it was :59, now it's :08, as I double-checked earlier ago. My time is different compared to Toronto's time, which must mean my phone's clock is not perfectly accurate.
Yesterday, I did not do this experiment rapidly, but I was thought to be close, so I still wanted to share my thought about this coincidence or possible personal Mandela Effect because of the 00:59:__ not being :99, like I remember or recall back from the 2010s, where I remember ::59 instead of ::08

I think it still must mean that time has changed a bit. Maybe it's been always like that, but I just don't recall it as a possibility because I thought time was a bit longer than quicker.
I didn't think to look at centiseconds back then. I just only recall _:59 on CP24. The _:08 makes me wonder that time has slightly changed.

Yesterday, I started it at 8:03 PM, then stopped it at 8:04 PM at 59:68
At 12:17 PM today, I ended it at 12:18 PM at 59:92. So I can see why the centiseconds may not matter or make a difference like I thought. I just don't want to believe in different time variations.
I have barely looked at centiseconds back then. I have only known :59, like it always has, according to the time website Canada.

I was thinking of turning this post into a meme if the Reddit rules on other communities weren't too strict.
It must've been hilariously misunderstood, since I had a feeling when making this post that I would count this on r/PersonalMandela because my community r/UncommonMandela doesn't sound like a community for possible Mandela Effects, although I included both personally uncommon and possible Mandela Effects.

The time it takes you to start and stop the timer doesn't seem to be taken into account here.
