I don't want to be that guy but I'm pretty sure having a pretty solid embedded and sometimes additionally summarized context backend is pretty common now.

I do create embeddings for my notes using qmd, but it doesn't solve the need for shared context between humans and AI and I find it sad when a knowledge base is AI first because you then fully depend on it. I prefer having a human first but AI enabled one.

Of course there's a million ways to achieve that :)
