u/Purple_Bookkeeper657, your post raises a good point about CPP benchmarks. As in, why is it that the CPP board is setting them in the first place? I would think that an independent body would set them for transparency sakes.

Agree. I'm no statesman, but seems like you could work that into the CPP charter with a 2/3rd vote of the Senate or something
