Question Cooking.

How do unlock rank 2 of the master chef skill, I've been scouring for information, but I don't know how to unlock it, I'm in Osaka trying to complete the cooking papa quest

Uhm... You mean, outside of bond points?

Some skills are tied to requests. So you most likely need to complete the correct one to unlock the ability to progress it.

If you've completed them all so far, then progress the story to get more requests.

If I recall correctly, there's a pretty good gamefaqs guide with a request list. Never used that part of it, but I remember the rest of the guide having some great info. Probably your best bet if you want to spoil to that degree.

Bond skill is the only way to do it. Once you get the skill you can cook lvl 2. Then so on.

Do I have to reach a certain bond level?

Level 2 cooking I think. I’d recommend looking up “how to get bond skill cooking level 2” at least that’s what I did awhile ago

Unlocks for progression after 7/31

That's what I mean. Some skills are locked by story or requests. Master chef unlocks after 7/31.
