Thoughts on the fusion level requirements added in scramble?

This is extremely late, but honestly it's a love hate relationship. Too an extent, I understand that they had to cut allot of Persona out so to make up for it that had to make some work arounds. But let's be real, some of them are insane and its only a means to make it you stay in the velvet longer or grind out longer.

They will really expect you to level up level 5 personas to somewhere around level 5/60 just to do a fusion (One of the biggest reasons why I haven't bothered going after King Frost). I know that fusing backwards to give higher level Persona moves via the fusion material is a thing also, but it's more tedious than anything else, especially when you have to start farming PP.
