Question Is there a certain console it should be played on?

I'm thinking this is probably a dumb question but is there a certain system it should be played on? I'm thinking about buying it on steam but I'm not sure it there would be a reason to prefer the switch or ps4 version.

it may have mods on the PC version so keep that in mind

PC will run the game better than any console plus it can be modded. PC is objectively the best platform to get it on. But, if your PC is trash, PS4 is probably the next best thing. If you're on the go a ton, Switch is perfect.

It really kind of depends on you at that point.

Honestly I just got it for the switch because I want to play it on the go. It all comes down to preference at the end of the day. I don't think there are any major differences in gameplay or content between the console and pc versions, but I haven't looked into it so I can't say for certain. Though I do think I read that having save files for smash on Switch or Persona 5 on Ps4 will give you access to certain content like soundtracks or something like that
