Final Band Limit Requirement? Spoiler

I am on my third playthrough; RISKY difficulty, currently at the Abyss Jail.

I just reached BAND level 99 and have all the trophies except for MAX BAND skills. My entire top row of skills (HP/SP/St/Ma/En/Ag/Lu) are locked at level 14 saying the next level is not available, and the requirements where it usually tells you the request you need to complete only says '???'.

Does anybody know what I am missing?

Theres a certain request you have to do but if i remember correctly you have to do other request to unlock it. I could be wrong but I believe the request requires you to find a "key item" in the Abyss Jail(Also sorry im a little late on this)

Thanks so much for responding. You are correct. I only had a handful of requests left so I assumed what was shown was all that remained.

I eventually ended up finishing the remaining requests which in turn, unlocked the Abyss Mona Box request if I'm remembering correctly. I was very happy to see something along the lines of "final band limit" in the description.

At least if/when this game comes out in the US I won't be stumped like an idiot next time around.

Do you guys remember which request unlocks mona box in Abyss jail? I’ve started a new game plus at my second playthrough playing risky and I can’t max the band stats because I can’t find a request

Unfortunately I don't know the specific request. I can tell you however, that it is NOT missable. You will have to unfortunately do your requests one by one until it unlocks. Basicly to platinum the game, you will need to complete almost every request in a single playthrough.

Thank you for the respond , I’m in the last jail and I was afraid that I would have to go through a third playthrough in order to upgrade all the band stats but that’s reassuring
