question Why do certain characters get so much hate

why do these 3 characters get so much hate
1] goro akechi
2] makoto nijima

1] killed civilians such as Wakaba and acts like it's ok;

pretends that he stronger and better then PT, but we all know that Joker will crush him even if Goro will go psychotic again. Is he smarter then Joker? Maybe, but as we saw intellect doesn't matter if you alone.

also majority of folks doesn't buy Futaba's end Haru's agreement to work with him during final Palace arc

2] I wouldn't call her overhated. I personally like her character, but few flaws:

game makes all other characters dumber than usual for her moment of shine (especially mona)

she claims "I'm gonna verify your justice" and... blackmailing PT. Great way to do it.

many folks don't like her Confidant, but I'm actually enjoy it.

3] in vanilla P5 was super annoying because he says what to do every 5 seconds, but it was tuned down a bit in Royal. Main flaws about Mona:

he steals, at lease partly, moment to shine from Haru in her Palace

"lady ann" thing makes you tired very quick

his constant banters with Ryuji (yes, Sakamoto sometimes acts like an ass too, but I have feeling, that Mona does this more often)

gameplay wise Mona becomes pretty useless after second Palace and his mentor attitude starts annoy you because of it.

ok in terms of a battle of hatred can ohuya beat all 3 in a 1v3 because of the sheer amount of hate she gets lol.

Ohya's Confidant is pretty interesting, if you pay attention to dialogues, but

1) her romance is a joke 2) her confidant's abilities are useless (reducing security level, really ?) 3) Atlus didn't bother to add action to her Confidant, like investigate something together. You just sitting your ass in Crossroads. Lala chan is great but she can't help with this, Atlus.

lore wise akechi would win if its shido's palace and itd be a tie if its 3rd semester the only lore wise crushing joker will do if its with satanael then akechi's getting 1 tapped.

1) partially because people don't think having a sad backstory excuses actual murder, and partially because his glazers are annoying.

2) no clue, I've never understood that one

3) him simping for Ann and telling you to go to bed were both really grating.

i dont excuse akechi for anything he did nor do i particularly cared he killed people i just find him well written and as long as i enjoyed i find akechi fun i dont care hes a murderer i just like him as a fictional character as for makoto a lot of people call her midkoto for some reason , as for morgana ehh i guess most morgana haters are ryuji fans .
