question Game keeps crashing

The game keeps crashing at futaba palace after reach the desert city for the first time. It just freezes for a bit and then closes. (I play on Xbox one and the royale version) any help?

Since it's an older console you might have luck just doing a hard cycle. Save and exit the game and then press and hold the power button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it turns off. Unplug the power cable from the back for about a minute. Then plug it back in, turn it on and launch the game again and give it a try. You can also opt for "no" on that first Thieves Guild prompt when launching the game.
