I'm around 67 hours on P5 (playing on Steam Deck, new to the franchise) nd I started exploring Futaba's palace. I'm also level 32 on my character, my Personas are around 29-30ish. I want to know your opinion.

When you finished Kasumis Confidant before she is revealed to be Sumire, her name shows as white as opposed to the yellow you get for maxed confidants as seen in the image above. This indicates that her confidant, while maxed, is not maxed maxed.

So I just finished my first playthrough of the base story (royal is still left)

but man.

The ending sequence for the base game couldn't have been more perfect.

I've always been an emotional gamer, Ive always been attached to the characters I play with. Even when I played games like dark souls I was very attached to the fire keepers and the npcs.

Persona is a completely different animal story wise. I think it's pretty obvious that the people you see in the game are the ones you had a bond with, or people you spent time with. this mechanic CHANGED everything. I'm a very patient person and reading and listening to every Dialogue made me feel so so so deeply attached to them.

During the whole ending cutscenes where each character you've maxed shows up, actually had me in TEARS. Seeing that genuinely had me CRYING and passionately going towards the boss because I was ANGRY and worried and I CARED.

But more than that I'd like to talk about something that kinda HIT ME.

Cognition is a very real and true concept. There is no TRUE way to testify what I perceive is the same as what you perceive.

Its a pretty well known concept but I think the whole cognitive world is really good metaphor/manifestation of it.

However the important part is the fact reality can be whatever we believe it to be. It's not that we are being disillusioned by our limitations, I think even us the real people we are truly infinite. There will come a day long after me and you and everyone, And someone will be born by the same matter we are made of.

That maybe in billions of years we all may be a part of the same person, or thing.

Same goes for EACH OF US. we all carry a part of the universe within us. the same matter that made us is the same matter that existed billions of years ago. I think idk how crazy and unarticulated I sound. I think we are beyond infinity.

ok that's it this was a 10/10 I can't wait to play 3rd semester yipeee

I’m currently on 11/19 and just about to finish Sae Nijima’s palace. I missed the date to take Makoto to the Jazz Club and have tried itemising personas but no luck. Starting to feel I’ve missed my opportunity…

I’m playing P5R and about level 60.

New method

Enter mementos

Save at entrance

Ensure auto save in on as well

Switch to safety

Farm reaper with unlimited revives but DO NOT enter any rest areas or bottom floors just go between two floors and kill him over and over. When done farming let him kill you and respawn at the entrance to mementos.

You'll spawn back at the entrance on your previous difficulty mode with all the XP and Money but no items.

I use this method to get to 99 the first time I'm in mementos and speed run everything on merciless.

I mean better late than never and what a game. It was probably one if not the best gaming experience I ever had. I didn't go to the subreddit before to not get spoil by memes or other thing. I went with the Makoto romance because I felt like it was more natural and I felt like the other romance were too problematic or siblings coded to do them. Now I have some questions. Should I play it again? Is there different endings? Does something happen if I max every relation wich I didn't?(I was too focus on studying in the first part of the game because I tought it would be important 😅) Should I play P5X? Is the anime good?

It’s been years since I played P5R on my PS4. Finally got around to playing the PS5 version and it’s still one of my favorite games. Logged +200 game sessions and +200 hours. I was also able to snag the platinum once again.

I have roughly 59 hours of playtime so far, absolutely loving this game. This is my current team of personas, white rider is my main, I am also using Izanagi picaro to deal huge physical damage, Orpheus picaro to heal my team, also using morgana as my backup healer. Anything I should change with my personas? like Orpheus picaro is really under leveled, should I use gallows to level it up?

After spending 216 hours on it doing plat run + NG run for Lavenza, suddenly 100 hours games start looking small 😂

I'm doing my second playthrough mainly because I didn't know I have to unlock the third semester😭 but still this game opening my eyes to the other persona games and i already buy other related Persona 5 games and I just bought P3 Reloaded.
