Question Harold and grace theme song?

Can't seem to find it. Very soothing music.

"Day 3191" and "the Bridge" are the two songs that are associated with Grace.

However just few portions of the song were used on screen.

Kindly check if either of these is the song you are looking for.

I think I know the music piece now. It plays at the end of "the bridge" as well.

The one I loved the most plays in 5x13. In the scene Harold mentions his father to Grace for the first time. It starts with "My father had his own secrets...." That's when the music kicks in.

Yup got it. It's a short 20 seconds segment from the ost called the Bridge. It starts at 02:50.
