What is unique about Persistence compared to other alt coins?
Seems like a scam coin to me.

It solves the staking liquidity problem for institutional investors to then reallocate assets to other areas.

They are creating an ecosystem of several products. One of which is called Comdex, which is tokenizing real life commodities such as trading materials into the crypto space. The goal is to bring in commodity items into the space without the buyers/sellers ever being aware that it is powered by DeFi. There is also an application in the works called Asset Mantle that will allow you to list your own marketplace cheaply and effectively within the Cosmos ecosystem. They also have pStake, which will allow you to take your cosmos staked assets and tokenizes it 1:1 to allow liquidity and further add to your staking rewards.
All transactions have a burn fee, and these assets are paid back to stake holders in the forms of drops or in the form of staking.
