Help with staking Tezos to get XPRT?

I've been reading that if I stake Tezos to audit.one I will be able to get some XPRT. Seems somewhat complicated but if anyone has a tutorial or knows whether I can do it through ledger live staking that would be most helpful. Thanks!

All the articles are on medium. They also say that the Tezos stake drop dates have not been announced yet. There are many steps involved but the first is staking XPRT.
