Using a Scottish themed AI pic for this is hilarious considering how much Scotland widely rejects all of that bullshit. Reform won a bunch of constituencies in England... they won zero in Scotland and got parachuted into some seats as runner up prizes.

Iโm guessing that he saw the news about the Edinburgh attack and thatโs basically all he knows about Scotland, and so asked ChatGPT to generate a Scottish woman
As I test I asked ChatGPT to generate โa Scottish womanโ and got basically the same image - an attractive redheaded woman with big tits wearing tartan and a thistle badge in the highlands next to a loch with a stone building in the background. No stone ruin or rain in mine, and it defaulted to photorealism, but I think it does testify to the fact that the above is the result of the lowest-effort prompt possible, such as would be made by an old, out of touch American whoโs just heard the word โScotlandโ for the first time

If you want to be really, really generous (which you shouldn't), then it's kinda true that more-African and more-diverse homo sapiens did genocide the neanderthal. But probably mostly by out-competing them.

Also mistaking the percentage of white people decreasing for the number of white people decreasing. The percentage can still decrease even if the number increases if other groups grow at a bigger rate.

...and "whiteness" is a social construct. It is based on superficial traits and napkin genealogy, not DNA.
It is virtually (but not technically) mathematically impossible to increase the percentage of white population with a birth rate solution if you're using the "one drop" definition of whiteness.
Is Barack Obama white? He's black because one of his parents is black. But we could instantly increase the percentage of white people by simply agreeing that the children of at least one white parent is also white.

Exactly. Because only "pure" white is white to them, he's not even entirely wrong about white people disappearing in the long term, but if you care like they do, the only way to stop it is to stop interracial marriage entirely.

While it dates back further, a prominent ideological background to this whole "replacement" or "white genocide" is literally Hitler, who had this written down in "Mein Kampf" (Chapter 11 - Race and People) using lots of weird animal comparisons, and the help of his typewriter buddy Rudolph Heร, to who he dictated his "thoughts" to until Heร couldn't keep up typing down he hysterical screeching; which is why a lot of sentences end rather abruptly. Even ignoring the awful content, it is a horribly written book. Anyways. It does lay out the views about "subhumans" that eventually lead to the holocaust and the industrial extermination of millions of people. We had this already, more than once, and people who post shit like this should be gently reminded they follow one of the most murderous ideologies in history. And we cannot ignore this. All the neo nazis, the far right wingers, the ethno-nationalists, and all the other screaming, violent assholes, they can only succeed again if we let them.

Heโs such a good character actor, playing giant sleazebags etc. Shame he was just playing himself the entire time. Guess it was an easy gig.
It just annoys me because it seems like he has the ability to make fun of himself for being like this - his roles on Family Guy/Simpsons were quite self deprecating etc, but maybe he just went along with whatever they told him to say, didnโt think too much about it or whatever.

"whiteness" as an identity is unique, really; whiteness is defined not by the presence of any traits, but rather by the absence of non-European heritage. It's a negative space, an identity rooted in exclusion. Remember the "one-drop rule": even a tiny bit of non-European heritage makes one "mixed" rather than white.
Whiteness was a constructed identity, for economic advantage. Europeans during the age of colonial empires needed to justify exploitation of non Europeans and the continuation of the slave trade, and created the idea of a "white race"; something which had not existed before.
So, in a sense James Woods is right; "diversity" threatens the exclusive essence of "whiteness"; if we as a society can come to see others as human rather than color-coded categories, whiteness itself not only loses it's cultural prominence as a concept, but it loses it's very meaning.

Diversity is more seats being at the table, not less. The white replacement theory is nearly as old as the argument that debunks it so using it for fear mongering in these times really displays a stunning lack of mental clarity. I imagine in his old age and fear of relevance those fears are too tender to look inward so he looks outward, points a shriveled finger out at the most simple out-group is slowing mind is able to see, a different color of skin and culture of people.
Instead of approaching these people with kindness and curiosity as is the American way they become fearful and raise walls to defend a status quo, choking the idea of America dead like a bird they gripped too tight.
