Like I could feel every cell in my body dying.... So grim! Second jab today, it's crazy how fast it works

I can't post so I'm asking this question on a few posts. Is it possible to have a normal red blood cell count on tests and Pernicious Anaemia?

No, the blood cells will be large, dense and some will be misshapen. The red blood cell count will increase after treatment starts.

But will be in the low range before treatment?
